Cancellation Process

To cancel your booking, please follow these simple steps:

2. Provide Details: Include your name under which the booking was made, and the date of your scheduled adventure.
3. Confirm Cancellation: We will confirm your cancellation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us again.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are processed based on the timing of your cancellation:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of your adventure are eligible for a full refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the adventure, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions and Special Cases

While we adhere to our cancellation and refund policies, we understand that extraordinary circumstances can arise:

• Medical Emergencies: If you have a medical emergency, please provide documentation, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
• Weather Cancellations: If we cancel your adventure due to high surf, bad weather, or rough ocean conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Manta Ray Snorkel Specifics

• Weather Cancellations: We sometimes have to cancel due to high surf, bad weather, or rough ocean conditions. When we make that call, you are fully refunded. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy and ask that changes or cancellations are made outside of that window.
• Wildlife Sightings: While we strive to provide the best opportunities to see manta rays, we cannot guarantee sightings as these are wild animals in their natural habitat, and their presence is beyond our control.
